Brookfield Farms

Brookfield Farms is a planned neighborhood development in New Castle, Indiana. The Development was brought together in partnership with DC Develop, Knobstone Development Group, City of New Castle, Henry County, FORGE East Central Indiana, and the New Castle Henry County Economic Development Corporation. The single-family residential subdivision encompasses 24 acres and creates 85 residential lots. Our Team came together in September of 2025 with community leaders, developers, partners, and homebuilders to break ground on this transformational public-private partnership for community growth! It is anticipated that lot development and infrastructure will be completed in the Summer of 2026.
