Heritage Estates

Heritage Estates Subdivision located in North Vernon, Indiana was concepted as one of the first public-private partnership single family residential developments in the State of Indiana. Our land development team worked with the City of North Vernon Redevelopment Commission to conceptualize, construct, develop, and ultimately grow community. Our team partnered with local, regional, and national homebuilders for the development and construction of homes. The subdivision development consisted of approximately 50 acres of land and created 111 single-family residential lots. This development was funded in part by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation READI funds and local TIF support.
