Maple Run

Maple Run Subdivision located in Scottsburg, Indiana was created with the City of Scottsburg Mayor and Redevelopment Commission with a vision to promote, support, and encourage housing growth within the City. This project delivers more than 300 new single-family homes to the City of Scottsburg, encouraging attainability with a focus on quality homes. Phase 1 officially broke ground in September of 2025 with a goal of infrastructure and lots to be made available by Summer of 2026. This project was made possible by READI funds with the support of the OurSOIN RDA as well as an Indiana Finance Authority low interest residential infrastructure loan. Our Development Team is partnering with local homebuilders for new home construction. Total land development incorporates 150 acres of land in 4 phases.
