Shadow Lake – Road, Traffic Signal, & Utility BOT

This project was concepted in 2022 as an economic development catalyst for the City of Charlestown and included project scoping, detailed engineering, value engineering, construction, and serving as the Developer for the project. Our team partnered with Dan Cristiani Excavating and GM Development to provide a Build-Operate-Transfer procured guaranteed maximum price project. Project development included State of Indiana required traffic analysis, signal design, turn lanes, CSX Rail crossing with Signalization, local roadway design with drainage improvements, sanitary sewer mains, pump station, water main improvements and more. This project partnered with private development and additional utility infrastructure projects. Total project costs exceeded $8 million. The BOT project was $4.5 million.
