Trailside Landing

Trailside Landing Subdivision is located in the heart of Jeffersonville, Indiana on 8.8 acres of infill surrounded by existing residential development. This development was done in partnership with the City of Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission with the goal of bringing attainable new construction homes to downtown Jeffersonville. This development includes the construction and development of 61 lots. Our Team broke ground on this project in June 0f 2025 and turned the first section of lots over to our homebuilding partner in December of 2025 with a goal of the first round of homes being available by late Spring of 2026. The infill site was the former site of an elementary school acquired by the Redevelopment Commission for the purpose of revitalization. Arbor Homes is currently building out the subdivision.
